Project Description: Colibri Commons is an affordable housing project located in East Palo Alto, California. The project consists of four individual buildings, including an above-ground parking garage, connected by a series of bridges along a singular east/west access. The main courtyard adjacent to the community room, in addition to the mews open spaces create connectivity through the site between each building. The project serves a diverse range of household sizes, ranging from a unit mix of studios up to 4 bedrooms, with 136 individual units.
